    This week I have been deeply grateful for a number of things:

    • my new garden office has been built. It’s still not painted etc, but I can now see a future where I am able to work, record and lead mindfulness classes in peace (we tested it today and couldn’t even hear a nearby leaf blower when inside!)
    • the local shops being able to reopen and compete against the big boys!
    • a wonderful Zoom catch-up with a friend from uni who lives in London
